Covid security plan

Social distancing and strict bio security must be followed:

Please ensure you follow the latest government guidelines in relation to washing your hands & maintaining safe social distancing to protect yourself, your household & our staff.

If you or your helper/groom are showing any symptoms of Covid 19 please do not attend and contact us to move your booking to another date.

There will be antibacterial gel and spray available for you to use if required onsite. 

Toilets are available in our clubhouse. 

Please follow all instructional signage when on-site & be respectful of others.

Terms and conditions

Anybody not abiding by current Government guidelines will be asked to leave the premises.

Warm up & cool down is included in the booking timeslot.

No refunds will be given – as standard, credit transfers will be provided if cancellation is with 48hrs notice. Nonetheless given the circumstances, there will be temporary policy measures in place regarding cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice which will be considered on a case by case basis to merit credit transfers.
