Safeguarding policy

Rules pertaining to the Health & Safety of all persons at Dynamo Stud – Langford Farm

1) All competitors should wear a correctly fastened hat to the current BSI Standards at all times when mounted on the show ground.

2) No dogs allowed on site.

3) All horses or ponies, when outside the arena, should be moved at walk only, to ensure the safety of all spectators and pedestrians. All riders to follow the track to arena walkway rules. (sign posted)

4) Children under the age of 16 years should be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 yrs., who will be held responsible for their behaviour and welfare at all times.

5) Please note that flash photography is strictly forbidden. Mobile phones should be on silent during competitions.

6) Smoking is prohibited anywhere on site.

7) Please Keep the lorry park clear of hay and droppings.

8) For safety reasons, the gate across the main driveway must be kept closed at all times.  Although every effort will be made to ensure the safety of participants, horse riding is a risk sport and therefore, Dynamo Stud, Langford Farm and its staff cannot accept responsibility for any accident, damage or injury to horses, riders, owners or other persons or property.

9) All accidents ridden or otherwise must be reported in our accident book which can be found in the pavilion club house.

10) Please take note and respect electric fencing warning signs and the sign, signposting the pond next to the arena
